How can I update the record reported to my landlord?

At Investigative Screening and Company, our licensed private investigators go straight to courts to find current record information. On rare occasions, court records will not have been updated to reflect the current case standings. If you feel like we have reported information that is not current, we are more than happy to update the information reported to any landlord.

Please have a copy of your case proceedings available, as we will only be able to change our records from official court documentation. When you have the documentation available, contact customer service and send us the documentation. After we verify the information, we will contact the landlord to let them know that the Investigative Overview has been updated. After viewing the report, the landlord will call you to discuss your options.

 

Pleae contact customer service for assistance with a dispute at info@rentperfect.com or 877-922-2547.  Please be prepared to provide your name, DOB, the property/landlord you applied with and a copy of your ID.
