Sending an Invite for an Applicant to Apply for Your Rental
What happens when I send an invite request to my applicants email?
An e-mail invitation will be sent to your applicant with a link to a short online rental application. Once the invite is completed, you will be notified via e-mail. At this time the full credit report and instant criminal records are available to view in your online account. The file will then be assigned to your own private investigator who will reach out to you shortly during normal business hours. The final investigation takes approximately 4-6 business hours to complete. Click the blue link that says "Invite History" to view a list of all invite emails you have sent in the last 30 days. All invite links will expire after 48 hours of invactivity. You can easily resend an expired invite at anytime, simply click the Resend button. If you would like to cancel an invite click the Delete button.
