Where did my old reports go? Where can I find them in my account?
Are you having trouble finding a report in your account? Use the Advanced Search option in your account. Watch the video below for a demonstration.
1. Click the View Reports icon on the home screen.
2. Click Advanced Search near the top of the screen.
3. Use the dropdown menus to adjust the filters:
Change the Investigation Status to search for expired or archived reports.
Change the Application Date dropdown menu to search for older reports (30, 60, 90, 365 days) or change to "date range" to search during a specific date range.
4. Click "Search" to see results. Use the quick search field to search for a name.
