How do I create unique rental criteria for individual properties?
Different properties often require different rental criteria based on factors like rent amount, deposit requirements, and location. With Rent Perfect, you have the flexibility to customize rental criteria for each property address in your account. You can either use your account’s general default criteria or set unique criteria for individual properties as needed. (If no custom criteria are selected for a property, the general account settings will apply by default.) To manage your default rental criteria, click “Rental Criteria” on the home screen. To create unique criteria for a specific property, go to “Property Settings” under “Rental Settings
