I forgot my username or password. How can I log back in again?
If you forgot your username or password please click on the "?" found on the login page to retrieve your username or for password reset instructions.
Rent Perfect passwords must be 8-20 characters long, have an 1 upper case letter, have a number and have one of the following special characters: $ . ! % ^ * @
Passwords are case sensitive! Please make sure your caps lock button is turned off
If the wrong username or password are entered too many times the account will be locked and in order to unlock the account you will be required to reset the password.
You must know your username to reset your password. If you remember your security question, use that option to reset your password, Otherwise reset instructions can be sent to the email address on file for your account. If you do not receive an email, you may need to call customer service to verify what email address is on file for your account. 877-922-2547 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you forgot your username it can be sent to the email address on file for your account. If you do not remember what email address is on file, or if you have multiple accounts with the same email address then please call customer service for assistance.
