How to View Applicant Reports
How will I know when an applicant completes the online application?
Once an applicant completes your invite, you will receive an email notification and you can click on "View Reports" on your home screen to view their instant results. Instant results include the credit report, instant criminal report, address history, adverse action letter and the rental application information the applicant submitted. Once the final investigation results are completed you will get another email notification and the report status will change from “Investigation Pending” to “Investigation Complete.” These investigations typically take 4-6 business hours from the time the applicant completes the online application.
