Rent Perfect is excited to introduce, MI-MO, our customized Move-In, Move-Out inspection process that will efficiently and effectively change the way you interact with your tenants at transitional times… and best of all, it eliminates the inevitable finger pointing over the condition of the property.  With MI-MO, you simply invite your tenant to complete a move-in inspection right on their phone, including photos, to accurately document the property's condition.  If they see something that needs repair, they take a photo and notify you at move-in.  If certain parts of the home don’t need any repairs, they can easily sign off that they are acceptable.  All pictures and the completed report stay in your online portal for instant access and review once the tenant vacates the property.  After move out, your inspection of the home is effortless as you can directly compare the photos at move in with the current condition of the property.  Broken, missing or damaged items are painlessly identified and appropriate deductions to deposits can be made hassle-free.
